Happy Mabon

Glorious Autumn... there is no time that excites or energizes me more than the birthing of Fall.  A wonderful time as the world settles down to prepare for its long sleep through winter.  Yet before its slumber it covers itself in beautiful reds, golds, and orange.  The breeze becomes crisper and a  light fog hangs over early mornings.  The birds on their long treks back south to escape the coming cold occasionally stop by to visit, allowing a rare glimpse at ones that are not native.

It is a time when the harvest comes to its close and we give thanks for all that was provided to us.  A time of reflection for the many blessings that have come our way.  The bridge where begin our descent into winter.  The day being equally light and equally dark, marks the passing of summer.  We now turn inward to  prepare for winter in the months ahead.

Blessings to all.
